The ticket lands on the live orders board with the items, the modifiers, and the address attached. Prep starts the moment it arrives, instead of when someone gets around to checking the phone.

Payment rides with the order. The restaurant keeps its menu, hours, and delivery policy in one dashboard, and every call and chat is kept as a transcript they can go back to.
